"SAKON+" is a knife series developed in collaboration with IHI Corporation, utilizing patented Vee-Tech processing that allows the serrations of the blade edge to last 40 times longer than those of a typical stainless steel knife. Through over 10,000 discharges per second using micro-spark coating, ultra-hard titanium carbide particles are blended deep into the stainless material, intentionally combining areas that are prone to wear with those that are resistant to wear on a single blade.
