ALFlak is designed with a very long laser arm to easily reach welding positions even in deep or complex molds. Seam welding can be performed up to the maximum without changing positions. It is characterized by the ability to carry out welding operations without frequently repositioning. ALFlak comes in both self-propelled tracked models and manually movable models. A fiber laser is available as the laser light source. Please choose the laser light source that meets your desired specifications.

It has become more compact compared to before, allowing for transportation by van. The arm has increased rotation axes, enhancing the freedom of the welding range, making it possible at both high positions and low positions close to the floor. The joystick has also been completely renewed, enabling the setting of semi-automatic mode and adjustment of laser parameters.

The operation unit, which was integrated with the table, has been placed on top of the main body, allowing the fixed table to be removable. Previously, due to the fixed table, there was limited vertical stroke, making it impossible to weld taller workpieces, but now it is possible to use a wide variety of tables. Since the irradiation angle can be changed, it is also possible to weld large, heavy workpieces that cannot be tilted. For inclined surfaces, a three-point plane specification can be set, allowing work to be done just like on a flat surface. Even during operation, the spot diameter, voltage, pulse length, and Hz (Hertz) can be easily changed without touching the touch panel.

The "ALM" is a mobile laser that allows for quick adjustments and modifications of various machine parts, press molds, and large molds on-site due to its short setup time. Operators can implement safety measures in the laser working area, direct the slim and easy-to-handle laser arm towards the welding point, and start welding.
