By utilizing inert gases and other pressure media to leverage the synergistic effects of temperature and pressure, we can handle various contract processing needs such as powder sintering, diffusion bonding, internal defect removal, and joining of dissimilar metals. EBW (Electron Beam Welding) is a welding method that utilizes the shock heat generated by accelerating electrons to approximately two-thirds the speed of light within an electron gun in a high vacuum and irradiating the material. Our company offers a large, versatile electron beam welder that enables electron beam welding tailored to various shapes.
