We will introduce a case study of problem-solving for the production line of industrial equipment power supplies and automotive air conditioners proposed by Aiden Corporation. At the site we consulted, the production capacity for small lot, diverse product manufacturing was 1 to 100 units per month. Therefore, we proposed a line built with suitable process design to match the requested lead time.
