The "Yamase Ultra Eco Light" is a facility-use LED lighting fixture with a thickness of only 25mm. It offers three levels of brightness and a power consumption of 15 to 30W. Due to its slim design, it does not require the use of the ceiling interior, providing an appearance similar to recessed lighting. We would like to introduce a practical application example of mass-produced items using the direct bonding technology 'Laseridge' that combines metal and resin through laser fine processing. For the exterior charging terminal components of smartphones, we have achieved a monthly production scale of 2 million units, with zero complaints regarding delamination or water leakage at the bonding points. "Reza Ridge" is a direct bonding technology for metals and resins that has undergone laser microprocessing. By irradiating the metal surface with a laser, a suitable bonding surface is formed, into which dissimilar materials are injected, resulting in a strong bond between the metal parts and the dissimilar materials.
