"Electrolytic marking processing" is a marking method suitable for stainless steel parts such as food equipment and medical devices, achieving a finish that is resistant to rust and sharp and delicate. We offer three types of stencil plate-making methods, including our unique "thermal HDD plate-making," which keeps costs down even for small production runs, as well as "thermal digital screen plate-making" and "photosensitive stencil plate-making." It is suitable for thin sheet products and areas where thermal distortion is a concern, as well as hygienic requirements and places where stamping, burrs, and scratches are strictly prohibited. "Laser engraving" allows for clear and high-resolution engravings, even with small characters, on metals (such as stainless steel, iron, aluminum, brass, etc.) and resins (such as PEEK, acrylic, polycarbonate, etc.). If our customers can provide a sample of the product to be engraved, we will adjust the laser conditions based on the state (shape, material, surface treatment, etc.) of the received product and perform suitable engraving processing. Our features include high-speed finishing, low cost, adaptability to various materials, and permanent printing that does not fade. We efficiently handle large quantities of products using our jig design and processing technology. Clear and permanent engravings are possible even with small characters.
