The "Thermal Release Film" is a film product mainly used for handling and transporting Si wafers. Therefore, it has high heat resistance and excellent performance against plasma treatment. Being non-silicone based, it leaves no residue after peeling, even after heat treatment. (No residue is observed under SEM (magnification of 25 to 2,000 times).) The "AJ Multi-Functional Board" is a rubber product that allows for the easy removal of stubbornly adhered foreign objects from conveyor rollers and blades by adjusting the strength of the adhesive in various ways. To remove foreign objects, simply place this product on top of the conveyor roller like a dummy board and let it flow to eliminate foreign objects from the conveyor rollers, enabling cleaning of the entire line. The "release agent (cleaning agent)" is used to remove metal chips generated during metal processing and to address the removal of glass cloth and other foreign substances that occur in the CC laminated press process. We offer a spray-type release agent "AJ-MFR-A" and a coating-type release agent "AJ-MFR-B" that help suppress surface defects caused by foreign substances in the pin lamination and mass lamination press processes, and allow for easy removal of resin residues and craft paper scraps that adhere during the press process.
