We would like to introduce Nakajima Metal's "Plating Technology for Fuel Cell Electrodes." The core of our new technology is the stacking of metal particles of different sizes and shapes to form a seamless plating layer. This prevents contact between the internal metal and highly acidic (corrosive) electrolytes. Conventional platinum plating technology, which stacks spherical particles, had a thickness limit at the micrometer level, but our technology allows for nanometer-level thickness. 【Features】 ■ The combination of temperature and current strength during plating can be adjusted in about 10 stages. ■ Prevents contact between the internal metal and highly acidic (corrosive) electrolytes. ■ Forms a plating film by combining multiple gold and platinum plating layers with different properties. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationOur company offers various plating processes, including plating on gold, platinum, and titanium, as well as special plating processes that are typically difficult to achieve. We can also accommodate prototypes for research and development. Whether you need standard plating, special partial plating, plating on thin tubes, plastic plating, or plating on baby shoes (first shoes), please feel free to consult us if you are looking for or facing difficulties with plating processes. [Areas of Expertise / Unique Technologies] ■ Fine plating using gold and platinum plating ■ High corrosion-resistant coatings without pinholes (micro-holes) in the plating film ■ Plating technology for fine areas such as an inner diameter of Φ0.3 pipes *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
