Therefore, rust prevention paper has begun to be adopted as a rational material that can contribute to the environment. Here is an example of initiatives from the university's environmental committee. As we promote paper management, the university uses a large amount of copy paper. However, there was a challenge regarding the unclear fate of this paper after disposal, and we wanted to address this issue. Students advocated to the university administration to promote the collection of copy paper generated on campus, part of which was recycled to create original university recycled paper, making the recycling process visible. We produced original paper bags from the recycled copy paper and used them for materials during the new students' orientation. Additionally, as part of club activities, we conducted a tour of the manufacturing process for the original recycled paper. Here is an introduction to the case of origami cranes recycled paper. The challenge is the effective utilization of origami cranes sent from around the world to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum. Through a project to recycle the 10 tons of origami cranes received each year, there is a desire to promote NPO activities that contribute to world peace. As a result, the origami cranes have been recycled into business cards and postcards. For each business card, a donation of 1 yen is made, connecting not only the recycling of resources but also the delivery of wishes for peace. We would like to introduce a case of recycling goldenrod (Seitakawadachisou) into envelopes. We have been addressing the challenges of promoting efforts to protect and revitalize agricultural land in reclaimed wetlands, as well as the eradication and utilization of goldenrod that occurs in the lagoon. As a tool to convey "consideration for harmony with the environment" and "contribution to the community," we created original envelopes made by incorporating powdered goldenrod into the paper. We would like to introduce a case of recycling highway toll tickets into original paper bags. Toll tickets collected by a waste paper dealer from highways are typically used as inner paper for cardboard due to their magnetic properties. By visualizing the recycling of toll tickets that are discarded out of sight, we aimed to promote environmental activities. We utilized the material of the toll tickets to create paper bags distributed to users of the parking area. We would like to introduce a case of revitalizing the community through the "Star Dust Memo Pad" and letter sheets. As part of the town's revitalization efforts, we branded ourselves as "Japan's Best Starry Sky" and took action to protect the best starry sky in Japan as a united community. The tourism bureau produces brochures for public relations each season, but the leftover brochures were discarded each season. As a first step in undertaking activities as a town-wide initiative, we created original recycled paper using the tourism bureau's brochures.
