Additionally, we can handle processing from scratch through our in-house integrated processing system, rather than relying on commercially available products. We are capable of responding to small quantities and a wide variety of products, with processing available for as little as one piece per lot, including all processing with materials. We can work with materials such as iron, aluminum, resin, stainless steel, and others, and the sizes we can process range from φ10 to φ300mm, allowing us to manufacture a wide range of gears from small to medium sizes. We can process gears with module sizes from M0.5 to M5, and we can also handle various types of pulleys from S2M to S8M (with various manufacturers available).
