Our newly developed "KAP Laser Processing and Welding Technology" enables automatic processing and welding of plates and pipes with a thickness of 0.1mm. Since the materials of the plates and pipes are melted and joined without the use of dissimilar metals, stable joints can be achieved even under extremely low or high temperatures. Compared to 3D laser welding, programming and other aspects are easier, allowing for small-batch and diverse production. Similar to laser cutting, operations are controlled by machines under constant conditions and speeds, ensuring stable reproducibility in a short time, minimizing heat impact through minimal working time, and reducing distortion to a minimum.
