"Lip Seal" is a German DIN standard Teflon seal. The material consists of stainless steel (304) + filled Teflon. The outer metal part can also be made from materials such as SUS316 and Hastelloy titanium. At Nippon Machine Parts Co., Ltd., we handle the high-pressure rotary seal 'BABSL type' that can be used for high-pressure applications without the addition of a backup ring. As the pressure increases, the contact pressure of the lip also slightly rises, but the frictional force maintains an appropriate state.
