Our company’s "NC 5-axis control fine hole composite discharge machining" equipment is capable of hole drilling and forming processing through discharge machining and cutting machining. As examples, we perform discharge machining on inclined surfaces using a tilt table and high-speed discharge machining on SUS plates. If the material is conductive, we can process even hard materials like cemented carbide, which are difficult to cut, and the rotating tilt table allows for machining holes at various angles. [Examples (excerpt)] ■ Drilling/discharge machining on inclined surfaces with a tilt table ■ Inclined hole machining for marine injection nozzles ■ Inclined hole machining/forming processing for turbine blades ■ Forming processing using pipe electrodes ■ High-speed discharge machining on SUS plates *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationOur discharge department offers electrical discharge machining services, providing products across a wide range of fields including automotive, aerospace, and energy. With our NC 5-axis controlled fine hole composite electrical discharge machining, we can accommodate hole diameters from Φ0.3 to Φ3.0 and a maximum depth of 500mm. Additionally, there is no risk of tool breakage during small diameter hole processing, and we achieve faster processing speeds than traditional cutting methods. 【Discharge Department Equipment】 ■ Wire-cut electrical discharge machining ■ Die-sinking electrical discharge machining ■ NC precision fine hole electrical discharge machining *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
