Surface treatment after sheet metal manufacturing is mainly used for rust prevention, corrosion resistance, insulation, etc. Well-known methods include painting and plating. Painting (metal baking paint) involves spraying various colors of paint onto the surface of the metal for purposes such as rust prevention and improving appearance, followed by placing it in a high-temperature furnace to bond the material and paint. Plating is a method of surface treatment where the product is immersed in a plating solution in a tank called a plating bath, causing a chemical reaction. 【Features】 ＜Painting (metal baking paint)＞ ■ The temperature is maintained in a furnace at around 100 to 200 degrees for an extended period. ＜Plating＞ ■ There are quite a few types, broadly categorized into gold, silver, copper, zinc, nickel, tin, etc. ■ Although they have different names, there are also processes similar to anodizing used for aluminum surface treatment. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
