Our "Rotary Piston Pump" is compact and versatile, capable of transferring high-viscosity substances without alteration and excels in precise dosing. The lateral positioning of the rotor shaft can be easily adjusted without changing the orientation of the pump. Additionally, it can rotate in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions. It features a robust structure, making it durable and long-lasting. We offer a lineup that includes the standard RP series and the stainless steel RPS series. At Nakamura Seiko, we manufacture and sell rotary piston pumps for the transfer of high-viscosity liquids such as miso, supporting brewing lines. Our rotary piston pumps are compact and versatile, offering high volumetric efficiency and can be used at low speeds. Additionally, the left and right positions of the rotor shaft can be exchanged without changing the orientation of the pump. Both clockwise and counterclockwise rotation directions are possible. We also manufacture Y-type strainers for foreign matter removal, which can be customized to suit specific applications. Captured foreign matter can be easily cleaned with a one-touch detachable feature.
