ABC Engineering Co., Ltd. handles the "Shopping Basket Disinfection Device." In many stores, part-time employees manually disinfect each shopping basket's handle with alcohol. Our product automates this manual process. Insert the shopping baskets stacked 60 high through the single-opening door, push them along the guide until they reach the stopper inside, close the door, and press the start button located at the top front. It will automatically spray sodium hypochlorite water. This product is a device that deodorizes the unpleasant odor generated from cutting chips during machining by spraying sodium hypochlorite water using a two-fluid spray nozzle. It removes odors caused by the oxidation of cutting oil in the metal cutting process. Features of our generation device: 1. Capable of generating 1L per minute (300ppm). 2. The generated hypochlorous acid water is stored in a 500L tank. 3. As it is an automatic generation device, if you operate the generation device at night, it will fill the 500L tank with purified water in just over 6 hours, allowing for use from the next morning. By dividing and storing it in containers of 20L, 10L, 5L, etc., you can use it without worrying about inventory. Of course, the division process can also be automated by setting the weight for each container on an electronic scale. 4. To change the concentration: To achieve a concentration lower than 300ppm, you can simply dilute it with tap water to create the desired concentration. If you want a concentration higher than 300ppm, please consult us. With the electrolysis method we use, generating higher concentrations takes more time, so we will consider purification methods according to customer requests.

When used in its concentrated form, it can deodorize food waste and disinfect spaces.
