At Fujita Medical University Hospital, after investigating items with high cost reduction effects, it was found that the expenditure on printer-related items was very high, and since the quantity and quality of paper could not be reduced, the focus for cost reduction was placed on toner. Previously, they were using manufacturer genuine toner, so they considered switching to recycled products and third-party products. However, concerns about reliability could not be dispelled. Therefore, we proposed our "Repack Toner" and conducted a long-term test over several months, resulting in zero issues. While adhering to the absolute condition of "not causing delays in printing operations," we were able to overcome the challenge of achieving cost reduction.
