We would like to introduce the Method XL printer for those who find the S series a bit lacking but feel that the Factor4 is somewhat out of reach in terms of price. Here are some features developed by combining the best aspects of desktop and industrial 3D printers: - Two heaters strengthen adhesion for each layer, reducing warping and deformation while ensuring strength. - The metal frame structure decreases deflection during printing and suppresses vibration. - It controls humidity to keep materials in optimal condition at all times. - Compared to the Method series, it offers a build size of 305 x 305 x 320, which is about 1.6 times larger. Don't miss this opportunity if you want to know more details!

Free membership registrationIn this webinar, Mr. Kobayashi, who has extensive experience with various 3D printers, will comprehensively introduce four new materials for the new product Form 4, along with 45 other high-performance materials. Let me reintroduce the Form 4. The company has re-evaluated its proprietary 3D printing engine "LFS (Low Force Stereolithography)" used in the previous model "Form 3" series and has designed the "LFD (Low Force Display)" from scratch, resulting in significant improvements in speed, accuracy, reliability, and performance quality. To further utilize the Form 4, the right materials are essential. In this webinar, we will introduce a wide range of materials! This is a must-attend for those looking to expand their manufacturing possibilities with a variety of materials, from standard materials to high strength, rubber-like, high heat resistance, electrical properties, and chemical resistance, as well as for those who want to learn more about the newly upgraded Form 4! We look forward to your participation!

Free membership registrationFeatures and Specifications of Form 4 The Form 4 has been redesigned from the company's proprietary 3D printing engine "LFS (Low Force Stereolithography)" used in the previous "Form 3" series to a completely new design called "LFD (Low Force Display)," resulting in significant improvements in speed, accuracy, reliability, and performance quality. The maximum build size of the Form 4 is 200×125×210mm, with a layer thickness ranging from 25 to 300μm and an XY-axis resolution of 50μm. The average build speed at a layer thickness of 100μm is 40mm per hour, and when using "Fast Model Resin" (the successor material replacing the previously known "Draft Resin") at a layer thickness of 200μm, it can achieve a maximum build speed of 100mm per hour. The external dimensions of the printer are 398×367×554mm, and it weighs 18.3kg.
