"Foil (Hot Stamping)" allows for the transfer of foil onto materials, achieving a metallic feel (metallic luster) that provides a sense of luxury and impact. When transferring foil onto printed materials, there are two methods: the "Binder Method," where foil is placed over pre-printed ink, and "Hot Stamping," which involves applying pressure to the foil with a heated relief plate to transfer (or thermally bond) the foil onto the material. The foil stamping process involves applying heat to resin (plastic-based) materials to embed the foil, but the Binder Method can also accommodate metal materials. 【Features】 ■ Transfers foil onto materials ■ Achieves a metallic feel (metallic luster) ■ The Binder Method can also accommodate metal materials *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe perform "inkjet printing" that directly prints onto products. Since it outputs directly from data, it allows for full-color output and gradient printing without the need for making plates. In addition to standard CMYK, we can also use white ink and clear (transparent) ink, enabling us to provide richly expressive special printing such as raised printing. Our inkjet machines can accommodate up to A3 size, with a height (thickness) typically up to 5 centimeters. Depending on the shape, we can accommodate up to 15 centimeters. 【Features】 ■ Direct printing onto products ■ Full-color printing available ■ Unlike home inkjet printers, we can use white ink and clear ink in addition to CMYK *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationOur company offers "silk screen printing," where ink is applied to a silk screen that has been solidified with emulsion in areas not needed for printing, and then transferred using a squeegee. This method can print on almost all materials, including paper, glass, plastic, synthetic resin, metal, and fabric, making it commonly used when printing on materials other than paper is necessary. Printing is possible within the area of the screen (plate), allowing for large areas to be printed, making it suitable for flat surfaces and solid areas. Additionally, we can create thickness in the ink, allowing for a three-dimensional texture using inks with glitter, pearl, shrink, and crystal effects. 【Features】 ■ Can print on almost all materials ■ Accommodates large areas ■ Can create thickness in the ink ■ Enjoy a three-dimensional texture *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationOur company utilizes a type of intaglio printing technology called 'PAD printing,' which uses silicone rubber pads. Since we print using elastic silicone rubber, we can print on shapes that have curves or indentations, and we can handle slight unevenness. Additionally, we offer a variety of inks, including glossy, matte (non-glossy), transparent, opaque, glitter, and pearl, allowing for diverse expressions. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
