"Foil (Hot Stamping)" allows for the transfer of foil onto materials, achieving a metallic feel (metallic luster) that provides a sense of luxury and impact. When transferring foil onto printed materials, there are two methods: the "Binder Method," where foil is placed over pre-printed ink, and "Hot Stamping," which involves applying pressure to the foil with a heated relief plate to transfer (or thermally bond) the foil onto the material. We perform "inkjet printing" that directly prints onto products. Since it outputs directly from data, it allows for full-color output and gradient printing without the need for making plates. In addition to standard CMYK, we can also use white ink and clear (transparent) ink, enabling us to provide richly expressive special printing such as raised printing. Our inkjet machines can accommodate up to A3 size, with a height (thickness) typically up to 5 centimeters.
