In the evaluation of the surface condition and wall thickness accuracy of round die products, it was conventional to adjust the inner lip, which inevitably created steps. By being completely independent, we can perform extrusion molding without issues even when the molding resins, molding temperatures, and discharge amounts differ, and we can incorporate entirely different media in the outer and intermediate layers.
