Are you having trouble with machining inner diameter keyways? Our company can perform machining of inner diameter keyways using cutting machines known as slotting machines and broaching machines. While it is possible to machine through holes with a wire EDM machine, it cannot be used for blind holes. Additionally, we can offer machining with overwhelmingly advantageous processing time compared to electrical discharge machining. In particular, our strength lies in our ability to manufacture tools and manage dimensions in-house with our slotting machines, providing a one-stop solution. 【Features】 - We own four slotting machines and broaching machines. - Our slotting machine with an automatic feed device can handle up to about 200 pieces. - The dimensions and tolerances of the tools on our broaching machines are compatible, allowing for excellent machining speed for through holes. ★The material shown in the photo is tough pitch copper (C1100, TCu).

"Hexagonal hole machining" is performed using a special attachment. Since the machining of hexagonal holes is done through cutting processes, the machining time is significantly shorter compared to methods like electrical discharge machining. The "slotter processing" using a slotter machine can create key grooves not only in through holes but also in blind holes. In the case of blind holes, broaching and wire cutting cannot be used, and compared to die-sinking electrical discharge machining, the processing is done by cutting, which offers significant cost advantages. The cutting tools (slotter bits) used for processing can be manufactured and shaped in-house, allowing for precise dimension control and quick turnaround times. 【Features】 - Capable of handling very small lots, such as single items - In-house production and shaping of cutting tools enable dimension control and quick delivery - Dimension management and adjustments of cutting tools can be done in increments of 0.01mm - Not only slotter processing, but also procurement of materials and full processing capabilities including lathe machining *For the inner diameter key groove processing of blind holes using a slotter machine, the escape shape is also important.
