We would like to introduce a design case of our "rapid charger for EVs." As a design and mold mass production project (front resin panel, gun pocket), we faced a tight schedule of 1.5 months from the provision of surface data to the delivery of mass production T0 products. Thanks to the seamless collaboration between the design and mold departments, we completed the design in two weeks. After data approval, we simultaneously commenced prototype and pre-production mold work. We evaluated the molded prototypes in just under ten days. Feedback was provided to the pre-production mold, and we proceeded with the molding of T0 products as scheduled. Subsequently, we made several modifications to the pre-production mold and were able to deliver the initial mass production lot. We would like to introduce the design case of our "Fully Autonomous Driving EV Prototype Miiee." We supported the development and manufacturing of a fully autonomous driving EV prototype for a compact mobility vehicle that seats four people. Additionally, we also present the design case of the "Fully Autonomous Driving EV Prototype Postee," which is based on the concept of unmanned delivery. The body material is primarily composed of resin, and passengers enter and exit through the door on the left side. This is a low-speed fully autonomous vehicle that does not have a steering wheel, pedals, or any controls operated by the passengers. We supported the development and manufacturing of the vehicle for the automated transport robot prototype. With a focus on transporting items, a module for carrying goods can be attached to the top of the vehicle. It is equipped with remote monitoring and control functions, and if certain conditions are met, it can also operate on public roads. To showcase our development and manufacturing technology skills to our customers, we would like to introduce a case where we consistently handled the planning, design, engineering, manufacturing, and finishing processes of a "meter mock-up" as a technical sample in-house. The silver tapered surface around the meter uses illumination effects, allowing light to pass through when lit, displaying the markings.
