We would like to introduce a case study of semiconductor manufacturing equipment parts produced by Takano Seiko Co., Ltd. We received a request for the production of gears, which are part of ultra-precision components that go into the equipment, asking us to manufacture them according to the drawings. Using the newer gear cutting machine N60, we achieved high precision and accommodated large production volumes.
