Our company is committed to improving quality through the use of IT technology, starting with enhanced dimensional accuracy via 3D scanning. Additionally, we ensure that all products we manufacture carry the K mark, which guarantees quality, establishing a system where all staff can consistently supply products to our customers. We actively introduce new technologies such as IT at various stages of controlling the flow and solidification of molten metal, ensuring the integrity of the metal structure, and precision in product shape. This effort aims to make cast products, which often contain a lot of tacit knowledge and can be ambiguous and difficult for users to understand, safer and more reliable for use. **Features** - Use of "flow and solidification analysis software" to examine flow and solidification plans suitable for each product shape. - Inspection of the composition of various elements in the molten metal using a photoluminescence spectrometer to ensure they meet target specifications. - Analysis of the metal structure using a digital microscope to achieve more stable quality. - High-precision casting manufacturing utilizing 3D scanning technology. - Conducting hardness tests, structural inspections, and ultrasonic flaw detection tests. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce the stabilization of material composition in our casting process known as "wire spheroidization treatment." When molten metal is received from the electric furnace into the ladle, the weight and temperature are input into the control computer, allowing for the subsequent addition of wire-shaped material while considering the target temperature and weight. At that time, the wire is mechanically controlled and fed from a dedicated feeder, which eliminates variations between production batches and human-induced variations, resulting in stable quality. [Wire Spheroidization Treatment] - Automatic control of the feeder allows for appropriate management of the amount and speed of addition. - Reduces the impact of human-induced variations. - Localized dust collection contributes to the improvement of the working environment. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce our casting process. During the wooden mold production, we receive product drawings from our customers and create a prototype model. Then, we perform "molding" using our uniquely developed molding line, followed by "covering" where the lower and upper molds are joined, and "melting" to create the molten metal that will be the basis for the product, along with "wire spheroidization treatment." Furthermore, after "pouring" the adjusted molten metal into the mold, we remove the finished product from the sand mold and eliminate the runner, gate, and burrs. After that, we proceed with painting to finish the product. Finally, we conduct quality inspections to confirm the mechanical properties of the material, completing the process. 【Flow】 ■ Wooden mold production → Molding → Covering → Melting → Wire spheroidization treatment → Pouring → Demolding, finishing, painting → Quality inspection *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"Jutaro" is our company's own brand of Shizuoka castings. The brand name Jutaro is borrowed from the name of the founder of Kurita Sangyo Co., Ltd., which was established in 1890. We offer a rich lineup of products, including the "Sankōchō bottle opener," inspired by the Sankōchō bird from Shizuoka Prefecture, a "guinomi" made of tin, and a "beer glass" made of tin that allows you to enjoy creamy froth due to the uneven surface inside the vessel. [Product Lineup] ■ Sankōchō bottle opener ■ Guinomi ■ Beer glass *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case of Kurita Sangyo Co., Ltd., which manufactures, processes, and sells ductile cast iron, high-grade alloy cast iron, and ordinary cast iron, and is capable of responding to short delivery times. In this instance, the customer's request was for a short delivery time, so we secured a factory that could start production immediately through collaboration with industry peers. Since assembly can also be completed within our network, we were able to achieve delivery in a short time frame. By managing the delivery arrangements and oversight in-house, we facilitated smooth production through collaboration with industry peers, thereby reducing the burden on the customer. [Case Study] ■ Customer's Request: Short Delivery Time ■ Response: Secured a factory capable of immediate production through collaboration with industry peers ■ Result: Achieved delivery in a short time frame *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationAt our company, we utilize 3D data in the casting process to conduct visually understandable quality management for our customers. During the design phase, which is the entry point of manufacturing, we use 3D CAD data and flow solidification analysis software to assess the potential for internal defects based on the product shape. This helps reduce the number of prototypes and leads to shorter manufacturing lead times. Additionally, at the product stage, which is the exit point of manufacturing, we perform 3D scanning of the products, allowing for a visually clear comparison of shape differences with the 3D CAD data. 【3D Data Link】 ■ Customer's 3D CAD data ■ Flow solidification simulation ■ 3D scanner *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
