At Sanwa Shokai Co., Ltd., we offer "explosive bonding contract processing." This technology has been in practical use in the United States since around 1965. During detonation, the instantaneous explosive force generates a metal jet that cleans the bonding interface. The joining material then collides with the base material at high speed, and due to the high pressure that reaches hundreds of thousands of times the compressive strength of the bonding material, metal flow and intermolecular attraction occur, resulting in bonding. We would like to introduce our product, "SANWA MASSO ROSIN." In Vietnam, GUM ROSIN is typically produced by distilling pine resin sourced from Cambodian pine, which is inexpensive but has lower performance. To enhance performance, we distill high-function GUM ROSIN from pine resin sourced from Taiwan red pine, which is commonly used in Chinese ROSIN. Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) utilizes inert gases such as argon as the pressure medium, leveraging the synergistic effects of high isotropic pressure and high temperature for the plastic processing of materials and diffusion phenomena, which can be applied to the manufacturing of new materials and material improvement. Additionally, we can perform pre-treatment of powders through capsule work using an electron beam welding machine (EBW).
