Recycled lead ingots (soft lead and various alloys) produced through recycling are primarily sold to battery manufacturers, while plastics that have been recycled and processed are sold through trading companies. Additionally, non-ferrous metal raw materials and precious metals collected are sorted, melted, and processed, and are mainly sold to trading companies. At Daiseki MCR, we purchase and collect waste lead batteries (for automotive and industrial use), refine them in a melting furnace using lead from the plates (lead sponge) as raw material. The processed lead grid and lead paste are melted to produce bullion (raw lead). Impurities are removed from the bullion to manufacture lead with higher purity (99.99% purity) and alloys specified by the user. At Daiseki MCR, we purchase and collect waste lead batteries (for automotive and industrial use), refine them in a melting furnace using lead (lead sponge) from the plates as raw material. If you wish to have us collect them, we will come to you using our truck or a partner company's truck. If you prefer to bring them to us, please consult us in advance about the type, quantity, and packaging of the waste lead batteries.
