We have developed and commercialized the "AIJO Reinforcement King (AIJO HiKing)," an AI reinforcement inspection system. It will be available in a subscription format starting January 22, 2024. The technology utilized has been developed in collaboration with Japan Prestressed Concrete Co., Ltd. and complies with the "Guidelines for Conducting Reinforcement Shape Measurement Using Digital Data (Draft)" issued by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism in July 2023. Essentially, it does not require specialized equipment, allowing for easy reinforcement inspections using commercially available products. This system enables reinforcement inspections that previously took multiple people a significant amount of time to be conducted by a single person, resulting in an estimated 70% reduction in work time, thereby contributing to increased productivity in the construction industry. Additionally, AIJO Reinforcement King will be offered not only as an app but also through Kyosei Rentem Co., Ltd., which will provide rental devices with the app pre-installed.
