"VULCAR" is a polymer polysulfide-based vulcanizing agent uniquely developed by Toyo Chemical to resolve poor dispersion of sulfur and blooming. In sulfur vulcanization, sulfur is an indispensable vulcanizing agent; however, sulfur and insoluble sulfur (Su) have poor compatibility with rubber, leading to poor dispersion and blooming, which not only diminishes product value but also significantly reduces vulcanized properties. This product has a molecular structure that enhances compatibility at a low melting point (69-72°C), resulting in good dispersion and eliminating concerns about blooming. "Toyozex" is an effective anti-adhesion agent for preventing adhesion of low-viscosity, unvulcanized rubber materials that are prone to sticking. When used alone, it forms a non-dusting anti-adhesion film that is colorless and transparent. After drying, it has almost no dusting properties and does not affect vulcanizate properties or aging resistance.
