Even if a system is implemented, it is meaningless if employees cannot respond. The Safety Confirmation Service 2 is designed with simplicity in mind, allowing even those who are not tech-savvy to respond easily. ■ "Does Not Stop During Disasters" Although it is a safety confirmation system, I have heard that some systems may experience delays or stoppages during disasters. The Safety Confirmation Service 2 has had zero delays or stoppages during disasters.* It operated without issues during the Kanto earthquake in October 2021 and the offshore Fukushima earthquake in March 2022. *There were zero instances where it took more than 30 minutes to complete the sending of safety confirmation emails from the occurrence of disasters in 2020-2021. To ensure it operates smoothly during disasters, we conduct "mass training" involving contractors, simulating actual disasters. In 2022, 1,248 companies and 440,000 users participated, confirming its successful operation.
