In addition to standard hooks, we can also create custom original hooks unique to our customers. We can accommodate mass production using NC machines for items with extremely tight tolerances, such as liquid level gauges, as well as those several meters in length. For cost-effective design support, we recommend choosing standard hooks (English hooks, German hooks) whenever possible, keeping the hook diameter the same as the coil diameter, and avoiding making the hooks longer (or shorter) as these are tips for reducing costs. A message from the manufacturing department: please do not set an initial tension that exceeds physical theoretical limits during the design phase. Additionally, please be mindful of designs that aim for an initial tension as close to zero as possible. "Blackening" is simply a process where the surface of iron is intentionally rusted to prevent further rusting and to protect the interior. The so-called black rust, which is created by the chemical changes in the metal itself, is elegantly black and glossy, enhancing the quality of springs. Unlike regular red rust, it is strong and stable, thus suppressing the occurrence of red rust in the future. However, there is a drawback that if the oil content completely wears off, there is still a tendency to rust slightly. Most of our customers order blackening for iron-based springs, but conversely, not doing so can lead to cost reductions. If you want to make it more rust-resistant, please feel free to ask about "chromate" or "lubrite treatment." Due to its strong resistance to heat deformation, it is used in kitchen heat-related equipment. Because the heat treatment temperature is high, unavoidable discoloration may occur, but it does not affect the quality at all. Inconel alloys are also effective against heat, but from a cost perspective, we recommend "SUS631J1." We design considering the reduction in the modulus of elasticity in relation to the customer's operating temperature. The manufacturing process management requires very high expertise, and traditionally, mass production has been considered impossible. Our company has succeeded in mass production through our unique technology and production management. Please use our products for petrochemical, hydrochloric acid pickling equipment, oil well components, and seawater applications. Even at high temperatures, it is considered stronger than Inconel X750 at over 800°C. Recently, it has become very difficult to obtain Hastelloy materials, and we sincerely apologize for not being able to meet our customers' requests in many cases. "Wire processed products" do not incur mold investment costs because each tool is general-purpose (excluding special tools), and even if changes occur during the process, the mold modification costs that were traditionally incurred do not arise. Furthermore, as the name suggests, "processing wire" generates almost no waste material. For these reasons, wire processed products allow for significant cost reductions and weight savings, making them more efficient compared to traditional leaf springs and pressed products.
