The payroll statements are being transitioned to a web format, but many part-time and older employees prefer to receive their statements on paper rather than online. If handling paper is cumbersome and troublesome, a mail sealer can solve this issue. Are you still using traditional payroll statements placed in envelopes or non-carbon concealment envelopes? By simply using your existing laser printer to print the statements and setting them in a Postmate, you can easily fold them into thirds and seal them in an envelope, completing the task.
