The "ERHG-900" is a rotary furnace with an elevator design that can operate in atmospheres of air and reducing gases up to 1400°C. By significantly increasing the furnace floor diameter from the conventional 600mm to 900mm, the internal volume of the furnace has become approximately 2.7 times larger compared to the ERHG600. The rotating furnace floor allows for good temperature distribution and uniform gas flow within the furnace, enabling high-precision firing. It is particularly effective for high-capacity laminated ceramic capacitor firing. The Elema heating element Clean EH is an environmentally friendly SiC heater newly developed by Tokai High Heat Industry. While maintaining the performance of the Elema heating element, the end resistance value has been reduced to less than one-third of the conventional level. As a result, the amount of heat generated at the ends has significantly decreased, allowing for reduced power consumption. This product is a rack heater furnace capable of rapid heating at 133°C/min (8000°C/h) in a high-temperature batch process. It has achieved a uniform temperature distribution (R=6°C) and reduced power consumption.
