Since 1996, we have been supplying carbon fiber structural components to aircraft manufacturers, receiving high praise for both quality and delivery times. In February 2020, we collaborated with a general contractor on a project that incorporated carbon fiber composites as components. JAMCO will continue to propose carbon fiber structural components that combine "lightness" and "strength" for building material applications. If you provide us with your requirements for cross-sectional shapes such as H, I, Ω, C, J, Z types, as well as length, strength, and rigidity, we can also offer design proposals. Currently, the maximum length of components we manufacture with the same cross-section is 11 meters, but with our unique ADP (Advanced Pultrusion) method, theoretically, we can produce an infinite length in the longitudinal direction. We have obtained NADCAP certification, a global certification system for special processes in the aerospace field, for five processes: non-destructive testing, welding, heat treatment, composite materials, and laser processing. Please feel free to consult with us. Business Activities: ● Manufacturing of carbon fiber composite components for aircraft ● Manufacturing of metal products for civil and defense aircraft ● Manufacturing of aircraft interior products (restrooms, kitchen equipment, passenger seats)

Free membership registrationWe have achieved a CFRP beam that is 1/17 the weight of a steel beam of equivalent length and rigidity. The reduction in weight decreases the burden of transportation, contributing to work efficiency and safety. Our uniquely developed continuous automatic manufacturing technology (ADP method: Advanced Pultrusion) allows for the production of carbon fiber composites with constant cross-sectional shapes such as H, I, and Ω, theoretically without length limitations. It also has advantages in terms of cost compared to other manufacturing methods. We can provide specifications tailored to various shapes, lengths, strengths, and rigidity according to your needs, so please feel free to consult with us. 【Features】 ■ 1/17 the weight compared to steel beams of equivalent length and rigidity ■ Can be transported by one adult, contributing to work efficiency and safety ■ Uniquely developed continuous automatic manufacturing technology (ADP method) ■ Advantages in terms of cost compared to other manufacturing methods ■ Trust and track record in the aerospace field for over 20 years *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
