Vacuum heat treatment service

It will be processed using a high-speed, high-pressure gas cooling method that minimizes quenching distortion and allows for rapid cooling.

Our company uses a vacuum heat treatment furnace with a high-speed, high-pressure gas cooling method called "N2 Gas 5 Bar" to perform quenching and tempering of high-speed steel, die steel, and stainless steel. The gas injection nozzles are arranged vertically, allowing the gas to flow uniformly, which is characterized by minimal quenching distortion.
