The "Mantle Heater (Jacket Heater)" is a heater that has a heating element and insulation material integrated, making it extremely effective for heating and maintaining temperature. It can be removed without the use of tools, and maintenance of the equipment can be easily performed. Our "Cartridge Heater (CaH)" is a rod-shaped heater with high power density. A heating wire (nichrome wire) is wound around a rod-shaped core, inserted into a pipe, and the gap between the heating wire and the pipe is sealed with MgO, which has excellent high thermal conductivity and high insulation properties.
