A public webinar on the latest plastic processing technology using rotary swaging and axial forming from FELSS, a German company, will be held! This seminar will introduce FELSS's rotary swaging and axial forming technology that enables the cold processing of hollow lightweight shaft materials. (The content is the same as in spring, summer, and autumn of 2021.) With the latest rotary swaging technology from FELSS, founded in 1905, it is possible to mold hollow lightweight shafts that have extremely strict dimensions while allowing for strength and weight reduction. Additionally, the axial forming technology enables the creation of precise splines on the outer or inner circumference of shafts formed by swaging through vibration forming. This seminar will present these technologies offered by FELSS. If you want to learn about the high plastic processing technology of FELSS, a German company contributing to the lightweighting of vehicles in the EV era, and the trends in the molding of hollow lightweight shafts, please join us!

Free membership registrationFrom March 2 to 4, 2021, the renowned manufacturer of creep feed grinding machines, Blohm, will exhibit at GrindTec 2021, one of Japan's largest comprehensive exhibitions for grinding-related equipment, held at Makuhari Messe. During the exhibition, our company Iris will also participate at the booth of the United Grinding Group, to introduce Blohm's technology. At the booth, we will showcase methods to achieve high-efficiency and high-precision processing of difficult-to-machine materials through creep feed grinding, bringing innovation to the processing of various precision parts and molds. ★ Achieve high efficiency in the manufacturing of parts and molds with "genuine" creep feed grinding! ★ Creep feed grinding is a grinding method that processes workpieces in one pass by applying a cutting depth that is tens to hundreds of times greater than that of conventional grinding, instead of feeding the table at a slow speed. By replacing the time-consuming processes traditionally done with wire cutting, milling, or reciprocating grinding with creep feed grinding, we can significantly enhance processing efficiency. Please feel free to ask us about how to increase productivity in the manufacturing of parts and molds using creep feed grinding!
