Free membership registrationOur company utilizes the new material Carbon-Aluminum ACM-a on-site. We cast aluminum alloy (around 700°C) using molten forging technology by pouring it into molds and applying high pressure. Even after removing the solidified casting from the mold, the mold remains at a high temperature. To cast multiple shots with the same mold in a day, it is necessary to lower the mold to the set temperature each time. If we cool it rapidly, such as by pouring water, it can damage the mold and affect its lifespan. Therefore, in regular operations, we use blocks of ACM-a on-site to cool the mold. For example, simply placing a block of ACM-a on a hot mold can reduce the mold's temperature by 100 degrees in 10 minutes. Without ACM-a, natural cooling would take about 30 minutes. We recorded a video of the on-site situation, so please take a look. https://youtu.be/LA4c9OdWgl0 *The blocks of ACM-a in the video are not specifically made for cooling this mold, so they are smaller compared to the mold, but using larger ones can shorten the cooling time.

Free membership registrationStarting from October 20, 2023 (Friday), we will be launching "Cool your smartphone just by placing it! New material using carbon-aluminum! Prevents battery degradation!" on the official Makuake website https://www.makuake.com/project/advance-composite03/ (until January 10, 2024). Our company is engaged in the manufacturing and development of metal matrix composite materials using our unique core technology of molten forging. One of these, the new material "ACM-a," which combines carbon and aluminum, has a thermal conductivity equivalent to that of copper and 1.6 times that of aluminum! Its thermal diffusion rate is 2.7 times that of aluminum and 2.2 times that of copper! It quickly absorbs heat from smartphones, tablets, and PCs and dissipates it rapidly. 【No power supply needed, cool your smartphone just by placing it! Prevents battery degradation】 Many people think it's normal for smartphones to occasionally heat up, but when the device becomes too hot, various issues can arise, leading to battery degradation. One solution is to promote cooling. This smartphone cooling plate promotes cooling just by placing it down! We hope to attract the interest of those who use their smartphones heavily on a daily basis (business people, students, housewives, etc.).

Free membership registrationOur company is engaged in the development and manufacturing of metal matrix composites using a unique molten metal forging method at the foot of Mount Fuji. We have decided to create products using one of these composite materials, a new material called "ACM-a," which combines carbon and aluminum, and to conduct crowdfunding for it. "ACM-a" emits far-infrared radiation equivalent to charcoal when heated, enhancing the flavor of food. We will be producing a grill plate made from "ACM-a" and will start a pre-sale (support purchase) for the "Far-Infrared Magic Far-Infrared Grill Plate" on the official Makuake website from 5 PM on July 20, 2023 (until September 26). https://www.makuake.com/project/advance-composite02/ You can access this link to see the full details of the project. By placing this "Far-Infrared Grill Plate" in a toaster or grill and putting ingredients on top, it will exhibit far-infrared effects, cooking food deliciously like charcoal grilling. Since the surface temperature does not rise rapidly when food is placed on this plate, it is less likely to burn or harden, while heat is properly transmitted to the interior. This is believed to be the effect of the far-infrared radiation emitted from the plate.

Free membership registrationWe have realized a new manufacturing method using our core technology, the molten metal forging method (high-pressure casting). This allows us to design physical properties such as thermal conductivity, thermal expansion, and strength according to specific needs. The current lineup of graphite-based composites, "ACM-a/ACM-io," had limited physical properties. The newly developed "ACM-H3" is a metal matrix composite made by combining and impregnating aluminum and graphite. It is a new material that enhances product reliability as an alternative to aluminum and copper (heat sinks), a high-rigidity heat dissipation structural component, and a material with high rigidity suitable for automotive applications. As features not found in graphite, it has (1) a rigidity of 123 GPa, (2) lower thermal expansion than copper and aluminum, and (3) higher thermal conductivity than copper and aluminum. Furthermore, it has (4) a weight comparable to aluminum and (5) high rigidity (Young's modulus) comparable to copper. As characteristics of a material unlike any before, it has high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion, and low anisotropy. Previous materials had low lateral thermal expansion and high thermal conductivity, but the values for thermal expansion in the lamination direction were extremely poor, or there were materials with low thermal conductivity. However, this material achieves isotropy in both the longitudinal and transverse directions.

Free membership registrationWe have developed new materials "ACM-H1" and "ACM-H2," which are metal matrix composites derived from graphite, using our unique technology, molten metal forging (high-pressure casting). By utilizing our core technology, molten metal forging (high-pressure casting), we have realized a new manufacturing method. This allows us to design physical properties such as thermal conductivity, thermal expansion, and strength according to specific needs. The current lineup of graphite-based composites "ACM-a / -io" had limited physical properties, but this is the first time that physical properties can be designed to meet demands. The newly developed "ACM-H1 & H2" are metal matrix composites created by combining aluminum and graphite, and no materials with these characteristics have existed before. They significantly contribute to heat dissipation and heat release, and due to their low thermal expansion rate, they can enhance the reliability of products that generate heat from both heat dissipation and low thermal expansion perspectives. Unique features not found in graphite include: (1) an unprecedentedly low thermal expansion rate, (2) excellent high rigidity, (3) thermal conductivity greater than that of copper, enabling the lightweighting of current products using copper (e.g., heat dissipation plates), and (4) being lighter than aluminum.
