We would like to introduce the "Bubble Suppression Gravure Chamber" handled by Akatsuki Makina Co., Ltd. This product features an internal structure designed to actively remove bubbles generated by the replacement of the gravure cell and coating liquid within the chamber, ensuring that these bubbles do not affect the coating surface. By measuring with a gravure engraved pattern, stable thin coating can be achieved with simple operation. We would like to introduce our "Backup-less Slot Die." The special die head was developed for backside coating in simultaneous double-sided coating. By using a lip roller positioned just before the die lip to hold the substrate, it suppresses wrinkles and vibrations in the material. We handle the small coating device with a Roll to Roll drying oven, the 'AT-01/220 series.' The 'Knife Roll type' achieves a smooth coating surface due to the shearing effect of the knife edge, making it easy to change the coating width and thickness (gap settings). The 'Slot Die type' features a sealed structure that suppresses foreign matter contamination and changes in coating liquid concentration.
