To ensure high-performance accuracy, we not only welded pipes upstream and downstream of the orifice assembly but also finished the inner diameter of the flanges and pipes smaller than the required dimensions. The "VT type" is a venturi that has extremely low pressure loss, allowing for measurement without accumulating mud or sediment in the constriction, and it also possesses durability. It can accommodate a wide range of applications, from small-diameter integrated machine-finished venturis to medium and large-diameter welded sheet metal venturis (wrapped venturis). The "FN/FNP type" is a flow nozzle suitable for measuring high temperature, high pressure, and large flow rates. It can measure fluids containing some solid particles without issues compared to an orifice. Additionally, under the same measurement conditions, it can allow more than 60% more fluid to flow than an orifice of the same diameter, and it also has excellent mechanical strength. In addition to standalone production, we also manufacture products that include short pipes for upstream and downstream. The "OF type / OFJ type" is an orifice flange that combines an orifice plate with a differential pressure take-off port, along with bolts, nuts, and gaskets.
