Our company provides equipment for beverage and food manufacturers in Japan, who have strict quality standards, designed to add liquid nitrogen into containers. The purpose of this equipment is to maintain the internal pressure of the container by utilizing the principle of vaporization and expansion of liquid nitrogen. The greatest feature of our equipment is its excellent precision and variability in the amount added, enabling the production of products with stable internal pressure.

• Assembly Machine

When a can filled with liquid nitrogen and maintaining internal pressure passes through a pressurized roller that is 1.5 mm narrower than the can body diameter, a rebound force is generated. This rebound force is detected by a load sensor to measure the load value and calculate the internal pressure value. (The correlation between the rebound load and the internal pressure of the bottle is utilized.) Additionally, cans with internal pressure values outside the specified range (upper limit or lower limit) are rejected as NG cans. (Target value = 100 Kpa) The can is stabilized and passed through by pinching it with a belt to ensure it passes through the center of the detection point.

• Automatic sorting machine

The "LN Filling Machine" is a device that adds flow-controlled liquid nitrogen into containers such as PET bottles or cans filled with beverages or food. Utilizing the principle of vaporization expansion of liquid nitrogen, it maintains the deoxygenation and internal pressure within the container.
