In work environments where sparks are generated, such as during welding, heat-resistant covers are used to protect surrounding pipes, wiring, and equipment. When pipes are at high temperatures, wrapping them can improve the working environment and help prevent burns for workers. Aluminum filtration glass cloth has a proven track record with aluminum alloy manufacturers, rolling manufacturers, and extrusion manufacturers. We will sew the E-glass fiber cloth according to your specifications, taking into account the density, shape, and size of the cloth. Since there are no standard products, we will manufacture according to your desired specifications. This is a glass mat formed into a felt-like shape by needling E-glass fibers. The glass fibers can withstand temperatures up to approximately 700°C, while silica fibers can handle about 800°C. No resins or adhesives are used. The thickness ranges from t4 to t20, and it is used as thermal insulation material, thermal covers, and non-combustible materials.
