We provide a comprehensive service from vacuum forming to processing and assembly, and we are flexible in accommodating small quantities and a variety of products. Leveraging the high appearance quality and transparency management techniques developed through our experience with automotive exterior parts, we can also cater to products that require gloss and surface precision. We own a vacuum forming machine with a table size of 1170×1980, allowing us to flexibly handle everything from prototypes to mass production. By participating from the design stage, we propose optimizations in forming methods, material selection, and cost aspects. Furthermore, we can provide consistent support for secondary processing such as cutting, printing, and assembly, responding flexibly to small quantities and a variety of products. With a dual-base system in Japan and Thailand, we achieve unified quality while providing cost-competitive products. We have obtained ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, and ISO13485 certifications, and we support a consistent system from design to delivery.

Our company owns injection molding machines ranging from 80t to 1050t, accommodating a wide range of products from small to large sizes. We have been manufacturing injection molded products, such as automotive door visors, which require strict aesthetic quality for many years, and we have strengths in molding technologies for transparent resins like acrylic and polycarbonate. Our main factory is located in Ayutthaya, Thailand, where the Japanese side is responsible for development and quality control, achieving both Japanese and Thai quality standards along with cost competitiveness. Additionally, we have established a system that consistently addresses customer challenges, from technical proposals during the design and development stages to collaboration with mold partners, secondary processing, and small lot responses. We have obtained ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, and ISO13485 certifications and have built a track record in various fields such as automotive, electrical equipment, sports, and medical industries.
