Our metal masks are all processed using fiber lasers. We perform super fine processing to smooth out the uneven surfaces of the metal mask openings through laser processing, as well as half-etching processing that allows for flexible adjustments by creating stepped grooves on the squeegee surface at any desired depth when we want to reduce the cream solder amount for different components within the same plate.
