Our company specializes in bending processing using NC benders and hyper benders, as well as end processing of pipes, swaging, and assembly (ASSY). ■ Bending processing with NC benders and hyper benders The hyper bender accommodates extremely small bends and can process bends with a radius equal to the diameter of the workpiece. ■ End processing of pipes End processing of pipes is performed using dedicated pipe end processing machines! We have both general-purpose and automatic machines, which we use according to the processing purpose! We also incorporate design considerations to shorten the number of processes based on the molds used! ■ Swaging and ASSY using spinning machines We also perform swaging and assembly (ASSY) using spinning machines!
