The "Vibration Suppression Bolt" is a development project aimed at suppressing the vibrations of the bolt itself. When a bolt is in physical contact with a vibrating component, it naturally transmits that vibration to the bolt. However, this product is expected to have a suppressive effect on the vibrations of the bolt itself. This product is a nozzle designed for cleaning the workpiece appearance and the interior of blind holes using coolant within a machining center. Each nozzle is designed to meet customer specifications regarding overall length, diameter, and injection direction, with the injection port adjustable to any desired position. The nozzle mounting part can also be customized to fit the customer's environment, and a wall thickness of t=0.5 on one side is also possible.
