At our headquarters casting factory, we handle cast iron known as "Mihahnite Metal," which is manufactured using the Mihahnite method. The casting factory is a Mihahnite certified factory and has obtained a globally recognized trademark that can only be used by manufacturers with the same production method. We are engaged in casting products in various fields such as ships, transportation machinery, industrial machinery, construction machinery, machine tools, and printing machinery. 【Our Features】 - Our factory's molding line features the Kanamori Shinto RDM-4 and RDM-8 molding lines, which utilize a double swing method where both the model surface and the back surface move, allowing for mass production of small to large products with high dimensional accuracy and a beautiful casting surface, even with wooden patterns. - In self-hardening molding, we can accommodate not only mass-produced items but also products with complex shapes and large castings weighing around 4 tons. - We can also cast large castings using the foam shrinkage mold release method. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
