Our Recycling Division has focused on waste bumpers, a component of cars, and has considered transforming them for reuse through crushing, grinding, and pelletizing. Based on our management philosophy of "Contributing to a Rich Society," we have begun developing recycled products such as automats and free mats, utilizing SP mold technology to pave the way for a future of plastic molding that is environmentally advantageous in terms of recycling. We are also actively addressing environmental issues aimed at effective resource utilization and waste reduction. 【Recycling Case of Waste Bumpers (Excerpt)】 ■Step 1. Collection of Waste Bumpers - Achieved the establishment of a nationwide network for recycling used waste bumpers that have been repaired or replaced. - Collected at the Kinuura plant and recycled sequentially. ■Step 2. Recycling into Pellets - Processed finely with a crusher and sent to a pelletizer. - Capable of generating granular pellets with excellent molding stability. ■Step 3.
