In our company, during the mold manufacturing process, we quantify the acceptance of the mold assembly and regular maintenance through world-class precision measurements. By visualizing the trial and error that has traditionally relied on so-called "intuition" in the production preparation process and the degree of wear in the mass production process, we enable traceability and provide feedback to the next generation of "mold design to mold manufacturing," aiming to reduce labor hours.
