The "RQ Series" is a high-pressure gas-cooled horizontal vacuum furnace equipped with a simple cooling gas upper and lower switching mechanism. As an option, a convection heating function can be added. The "PQ Series" is a horizontal vacuum furnace capable of accommodating a wide range of cooling gas pressures. The inner surface of the heating chamber is covered with a shield plate to suppress the scattering of insulation material. As an option, covering it with a molybdenum plate enhances the radiation efficiency inside the heating chamber, improving temperature distribution uniformity and uniform heating characteristics. The "De-greasing High-Pressure Sintering Furnace" is equipment that allows for the selection of vertical or horizontal types according to the application. It enables continuous processing of de-greasing, vacuum sintering, and high-pressure sintering in one furnace. It demonstrates excellent temperature uniformity in the vacuum to high-pressure (9.8 MPa) range. (At 1200°C and 9.8 MPa, nine thermocouples measured within a range of 6°C.)
