Our company is focusing on the development of processing jigs, significantly reducing setup and processing times. We achieve processing costs comparable to cutting, and we have received positive evaluations regarding quality and component lifespan. Additionally, by installing grinding machines in a temperature-controlled room (22°C ± 0.5°C), we minimize machine variations due to room temperature, enabling processing with absolute positional accuracy (such as reference holes). (WAIDA UJG-35) In particular, for cylindrical parts, it is generally considered difficult to guarantee shape accuracy (R accuracy) with NC grinding using standard cylindrical grinding machines.
